Temiz suyun sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde kullan\u0131m yerlerine (mahale) kadar iletilmesini, kirli ve pis sular\u0131n toplanarak mahal d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan boru a\u011f\u0131na s\u0131hhi tesisat denir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r ki, Yap\u0131larda suya, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 \u015fekilde ula\u015fman\u0131n yolu tesisat sisteminin projelendirilmesinden, \u00fcr\u00fcn se\u00e7imine ait s\u00fcre\u00e7lerden ge\u00e7er. S\u0131hhi tesisat bir altyap\u0131 oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in ehliyetli ki\u015filer taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6nemlidir \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc sonradan \u00e7\u0131kacak bir su ka\u00e7a\u011f\u0131 sebebiyle binan\u0131z hasar g\u00f6rebilir bu y\u00fczden ma\u011fdur olan ki\u015fi say\u0131s\u0131 olduk\u00e7a fazlad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca \u015eehirle\u015fme ve modern hayat, ihtiya\u00e7larla birlikte tesisat ve tesisat\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00f6nemini art\u0131rd\u0131. Bu nedenle bir \u00e7ok \u00fclke kendi standartlar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmi\u015ftir.  Avrupa \u0130\u00e7me Suyu Y\u00f6nergesinin mant\u0131\u011f\u0131 <strong>&#8220;En \u00f6nemli g\u0131dam\u0131z i\u00e7me suyunun musluktan akaca\u011f\u0131 son noktada mikrobiyolojik ve kimyasal olarak kullan\u0131m\u0131m\u0131n \u00f6m\u00fcr boyu insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na zarar vermeyecek \u015fekilde olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir&#8221;<\/strong> ilkesine dayanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7a\u011fda\u015f d\u00fcnyam\u0131zda insanlar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131, g\u00fcvenli, konforlu ve ekonomik bir \u015fekilde ya\u015famas\u0131 ve \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f yap\u0131lara sahip olmas\u0131nda hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesiz ki tesisat m\u00fchendisli\u011finin \u00f6nemi b\u00fcy\u00fckt\u00fcr. Her g\u00fcn kendini yenileyen ve geli\u015ftiren \u00f6nemli bir uzmanl\u0131k alan\u0131d\u0131r. Yap\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131hhi tesisat projelerinin \u00f6n haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, mimari projeler \u00fczerinde mimarlar ile birlikte boru ge\u00e7i\u015f yerleri ve cihaz yerle\u015fimi konular\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.&nbsp;\u00c7a\u011fda\u015f ve modern bir s\u0131hhi tesisat sisteminin olu\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in a\u015fa\u011f\u0131dakiler s\u0131ralanabilir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"\" data-col=\"2\"><ul><li>Yap\u0131 sakinlerine g\u00fcvenilir bir temiz su sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ve bu suya herhangi bir s\u0131v\u0131n\u0131n kar\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesidir.<\/li><li>Ayg\u0131t say\u0131s\u0131, sa\u011flanan suyun miktar ve bas\u0131n\u00e7 y\u00f6n\u00fcnden uygun bir sistem kurulmas\u0131, gerekli hallerde suyun depolanmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li><li>Pis su drenaj sisteminin t\u0131kanma ve kirlenmelerden, kat\u0131 madde birikimlerinden uygun bir bak\u0131mla korunmas\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li><li>Kabul edilebilir bir tesisat \u00f6mr\u00fc i\u00e7in uygun boru ve donat\u0131m malzemelerinin se\u00e7ilmesidir.<\/li><li>Temiz su ve pis su sistemlerinde uygun ay\u0131rma, yal\u0131t\u0131m ve havaland\u0131rman\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S\u0131hhi Tesisat Sistemlerinde Dikkat Edilmesi Gereken Noktalar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eri\u015filebilirlik<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Su borular\u0131n\u0131n kullanma \u00f6mr\u00fc, yap\u0131lar\u0131n \u00f6mr\u00fcne g\u00f6re k\u0131sad\u0131r. \u00c7e\u015fitli nedenlerle ar\u0131zalanmas\u0131, onar\u0131m ya da de\u011fi\u015ftirme gereksinimi duyulmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Su borular\u0131na kolayca ula\u015f\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in mimari tasar\u0131m s\u0131ras\u0131nda \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu maksatla boru ve tesisat bacalar\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131 do\u011fru olur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Estetik<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Borular a\u00e7\u0131kta ve g\u00f6mme (ankastre) olarak d\u00f6\u015fenebilir. A\u00e7\u0131kta d\u00f6\u015fenen borular birbirlerine oldu\u011fu kadar duvarlara da paralel ve aral\u0131klar\u0131 birbirine e\u015fit olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak ne kadar muntazam d\u00f6\u015fenirse d\u00f6\u015fensin zamanla kirlenece\u011finden, a\u00e7\u0131kta olan boru g\u00fczel g\u00f6r\u00fcnmeyebilir. Esteti\u011fin \u00f6n planda tutuldu\u011fu yerlerde borular\u0131 g\u00f6mme olarak d\u00f6\u015femek do\u011fru olur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Donma<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u0131v\u0131 halden kat\u0131 hale ge\u00e7en suyun hacmi 1\/12 kadar artaca\u011f\u0131ndan borular\u0131n patlamas\u0131na neden olur. Donmadan dolay\u0131 boru en zay\u0131f yerinden patlar. Boruyu dondan korumak i\u00e7in i\u00e7 duvarlara ve nispeten s\u0131cak yerlerden ge\u00e7irme do\u011fru olur. Borunun yal\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 yararl\u0131 olmakla beraber, \u00e7ok so\u011fuk havada yeterli s\u00fcre bekleyince suyun donmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nleyemez. Ancak yal\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015f boruda suyun donmas\u0131 daha ge\u00e7 olur. Boru fazla s\u0131cakl\u0131k de\u011fi\u015fmelerine maruz kalmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan genle\u015ferek b\u00fcz\u00fc\u015fmesi az olur. Kullan\u0131lmayan binalarda borulardaki suyun donmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in su bo\u015falt\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Donmu\u015f borular\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in s\u0131cak suya bat\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bezle sarmak, \u00fczerine s\u0131cak su d\u00f6kmek, ate\u015fle veya alevle \u0131s\u0131tmak gibi y\u00f6ntemler uygulan\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ko\u00e7 Vuru\u015fu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ani kapanan bir musluk veya vana suyun h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n birdenbire s\u0131f\u0131ra d\u00fc\u015fmesi, borudaki bas\u0131nc\u0131 15\u201320 kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131karabilir. Bas\u0131n\u00e7ta art\u0131 ve eksi y\u00f6nde b\u00fcy\u00fck dalgalanmalar olur ve bu dalgalanmalar, bas\u0131n\u00e7 normale d\u00f6n\u00fcnceye kadar devam eder. Bas\u0131nc\u0131n y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu tesisatta lastikten musluk contas\u0131 kullan\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Ani kapanan armat\u00fcrlerden \u00f6nce hava cebi yap\u0131larak \u00f6nlenebilir. Hava cebindeki hava, bir yast\u0131k g\u00f6revi yaparak elde olmayan nedenlerle olu\u015fan ko\u00e7 vuru\u015fu etkisini azalt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">E\u011fim<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Yatay borular\u0131n uzunlu\u011funa g\u00f6re yakla\u015f\u0131k 0,005\u201fe kadar e\u011fim verilir. K\u0131sa mesafelerde e\u011fim bir miktar art\u0131r\u0131labilir. E\u011fimin do\u011frultusu su sayac\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak mecbur kal\u0131n\u0131rsa birden \u00e7ok noktaya da e\u011fim verilebilir. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclecek bir hususta tesisat suyu doldurulurken borulardaki havan\u0131n su ak\u0131tma yerlerine kolayca y\u00fckselebilmesinin sa\u011flanmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">G\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tesisatta su kullan\u0131lmaya ba\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda tesisatta h\u0131\u015f\u0131rt\u0131 ve tak\u0131rt\u0131 olur. Su h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n fazlal\u0131\u011f\u0131 su \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f a\u011fz\u0131nda h\u0131\u015f\u0131rt\u0131 yapar. Tesisat\u0131n herhangi bir noktas\u0131nda hava ve su ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda tak\u0131rt\u0131 olu\u015fturur. Su sayac\u0131, y\u0131kama deposu (rezervuar), contas\u0131 gev\u015fek musluklarda t\u0131k\u0131rt\u0131 ve titre\u015fimler halinde g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fcler meydana getirir. Bu g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fcler boru ve kelep\u00e7elerle binaya iletilerek rahats\u0131zl\u0131k verir. Boru ile kelep\u00e7e veya konsol aras\u0131na lastik gibi yumu\u015fak maddeler konarak titre\u015fimlerin g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fcs\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde giderilebilir. Varsa gev\u015fek contalar de\u011fi\u015ftirilir. G\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fcy\u00fc \u00f6nlemenin bir yolu da suyun ak\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 azaltmakt\u0131r. Bunun i\u00e7in bas\u0131n\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcler kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Borular\u0131n Tespiti<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Borular duvar ve tavanlara \u00f6zel ask\u0131 ve kelep\u00e7eler ile tespit edilir. Kelep\u00e7eler ve ask\u0131lar aras\u0131nda b\u0131rak\u0131lacak aral\u0131k borunun \u00e7ap\u0131na oldu\u011fu kadar yatay veya d\u00fc\u015fey konumda olmas\u0131na da ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Boru ile kelep\u00e7e aras\u0131na ses yapmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in lastik konulmas\u0131 g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc olu\u015fumunu engeller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Binan\u0131n Oturmas\u0131<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7e\u015fitli nedenlerle bina zamanla oturur. Bunu \u00f6nlemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Yap\u0131lacak i\u015f binaya giren ve \u00e7\u0131kan borular\u0131 temel duvar\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7apl\u0131 bir boru i\u00e7inden ge\u00e7irmektir. Boru ile kovan aras\u0131 yumu\u015fak bir macun, bit\u00fcm veya silikon t\u00fcr\u00fc malzemelerle doldurulur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Su Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n Denetlenmesi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015eehir su \u015febekesindeki su bas\u0131nc\u0131 5-6 katl\u0131 binalar i\u00e7in yeterli olabilir. Ancak daha y\u00fcksek yap\u0131larda \u00fcst katlara su \u00e7\u0131kmaz. Bu nedenle bas\u0131n\u00e7 artt\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 ek sistemler kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Yap\u0131lan tesisat\u0131n denenmesi tesisat d\u00f6\u015fenip b\u00fct\u00fcn i\u015fler bittikten sonra su verilir. Kolonlardaki en \u00fcst musluklar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 ile tesisat\u0131n havas\u0131 al\u0131n\u0131r ve borular su ile doldurulur. Daha sonra tesisat tulumba ile kullan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 bas\u0131nc\u0131n 1,5 kat\u0131 bir bas\u0131nca tabi tutularak en az 10 dakika kadar bas\u0131n\u00e7 tecr\u00fcbesi yap\u0131l\u0131r.
